At Maisonette, we want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things aren't the perfect fit. We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to the outside of your original packaging.

Ship the Items

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your return back to our warehouse.

Receive Your Refund

Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
